Refund policy

After purchasing a low-quality product, the buyer has the right to demand that the product be replaced with a quality product, repaired (not applicable in the case of cosmetics) or refunded during the legal warranty period.

The return of items is based on the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania

If goods with a manufacturer's defect occur, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective goods in the shortest possible time. If it is impossible to replace the defective goods, then the Seller either returns the money to the Buyer or replaces the goods with similar ones.

If the buyer wishes, quality goods can be exchanged or returned by separate agreement. In this case, the transport costs are paid by the Buyer.

The buyer has the right to exchange or return quality goods that can be exchanged or returned without any explanation within 14 calendar days of their delivery. In this case, the transport costs are paid by the Customer. Returned goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging and otherwise in the condition they were in at the time of purchase.
