"Sedacalm tablets with melatonin (1 mg) and Serenzo, a patented active ingredient from sweet orange and acacia sap. "Sedacalm is enriched with natural plant extracts of passionflower, sow oats, lime blossom and calendula flowers.

Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. A positive effect is seen when 1 mg of melatonin is taken before going to bed.

Melatonin helps to reduce the subjective perception of time zone difference. Positive effects are seen with a minimum of 0,5 mg before going to bed on the first day of the trip and for several days after arriving at the destination.
