• Valerian helps maintain normal sleep function.
• Magnesium helps maintain normal nervous system function and helps reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue.

Suggested use:

Shake before use. Drink after adding to a small amount of water.

Adults - 20 drops 3 times a day, up to 3 ml (60 drops) a day.

To support sleep function, take an hour or half an hour before bedtime.
