1.1 This Privacy Policy regulates the fundamental principles and procedure governing the collection, processing and storage of personal data of the customer (hereinafter – you) of the online store of UAB “Innovative Pharma Baltics“ (hereinafter – www.innovative.lt) and www.innovative.lt.
1.2 The collection, processing and storage of your personal data are governed by this Privacy Policy, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legislation.

2.2.2 to issue financial documents (e.g., invoices);
2.2.3 to address problems related to the supply or delivery of goods;
2.2.4 to fulfil other contractual commitments.

4.1 You are required to supply full, complete and correct information about yourself in a registration form. If you supply inaccurate, false or misleading data in your registration form, we are entitled to cancel your registration and erase data or restrict your access to e-store.

7.1 www.innovative.lt is entitled to amend, whether in whole or in part, the Privacy Terms and Conditions by notifying about it in online store. Further use of our website services means the compliance with these rules. Any disagreements and disputes shall be resolved by negotiation. Failing this, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
